Refund & Cancellation Policy


Learning Collection Foundation return and refund policy terms will be made available to all customers and will have to be agreed upon during the order process. Customers have to select on an "Accept" or "Agree" to terms button before submitting their payment information. Then, once the order has been submitted, policy can be sent to customers with the order confirmation email.

No shows: If the student signed up for a tutor and doesn't contact the tutor to cancel or reschedule at least 30 minutes before the session is to begin, the student will NOT be refunded his or her money back.  If the tutor never shows up without contacting the student/parent/client to cancel or reschedule at least 30 minutes before the session is to begin, then the student/parent/client will not be charged for the session and will be able to use his or her hours with a tutor at a confirmed and rescheduled appointment of his or her choice.  If the student is being disconnected and dropping calls during the video conferencing then the session will be made up at no extra cost. He or she will just need to sign up for another session using the credited hour. You will not be given an extra hour just the one you purchase. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and validated, we will send you an email to notify you that we approved your refund. Likewise, we will also notify you of the rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. A new time will be scheduled.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
